  I've recommended all of my friends here. I've been going in for 2 years and have had all my biggest care done there. I've had crowns done that fit perfectly. Everytime I go in the staff is nice and I'm in and out quickly. The explain everything in detail and didn't feel pressure when I was getting information on additional care.

  I'm surprised to see the negative comments as all of my experiences at this office have been stellar. I would follow my dentist anywhere! Keep up the good work :)

  They are poorly managed, unethical and are potentially committing insurance fraud. My wife came in for a rootcanal on 6/27 and was using her primary insurance and at check-in, we let them know she had double coverage through my insurance as well. They had already determined what the out of pocket costs would be based on her insurance, but needed to check with the secondary insurance and would do so after the fact and after determining what secondary would pay, they would refund the difference on the out of pocket cost, fine. We paid the out of pocket cost of $800, she had her procedure, which was done in under 30 mins. Months later, they still hadn't filed a claim with the 2ndary insurance and said they were waiting to hear back from the Primary insurance company first. We checked with the primary and they had received the claim and processed it and had requested additional info to be able to pay the claim. The office never submitted the info, leading the ins. co to reject the claim. Additionally, when we looked at the explanation of benefits, they had billed for 45 mins worth of anesthesia, even though my wife was done and out of the office in under 30 mins. We called them about it and they stated that they submitted the claims, but never heard back from the ins. co and would follow up. I told them that we had viewed the EOB and checked w/my ins. and they had never received a claim. The office mgr said she would research further.... skip ahead another week, they now submitted a claim for the amounts that the initial ins co had denied due to the dentist not submitting the required details and proof of care and were/are attempting to re-bill 2ndary insurance for what the 1st ins. denied due to lack of proof of care (all they had to do was submit the info and would have been paid out for). Now, several months later, we are still disputing this w/them and they still claim they are waiting on the explanation of benefits from the 2ndary insurance (which was generated 2 weeks after they claimed they "resubmitted" the claim and is able to be viewed online on my end). Needless to say, they are stonewalling due to their shady and unethical business and billing practices and we are still waiting on our reimbursement for the out of pocket costs that isn't covered w/both insurance cos. We will also be reporting them to the BBB for their unethical billing practices and if they continue to stonewall, contact legal representation.
