  Folsom Bike is the best shop in the area hands down. The staff always goes out of their way to provide great service. It's obvious everyone there has a passion for cycling. They stock a great selection of gear and a wide variety of bikes for men, women and children. There's even a large wing dedicated just to women's cycling, the "ride like a girl" program created by the owner Erin. The attached coffee shop has great everything including beer & wine. This place is a consistent consumer favorite for good reason.

  This bike shop rocks! I have been going to them for years and decided to invest in a new road bike. Got my bike and after two months I started breaking spokes on the 3T rear wheel. Ok, I am sure you are saying it is a weight issue, but I am right at 200 and the wheels are rated at 240. These guys went above and beyond to get me taken care of. First they swapped out the spoke, then they exchanged the wheel with another bike, then they replaced all the spokes. The customer service from 3T was a joke but they kept after them. It got to the point where the same exact spoke was breaking every 100 to 150 miles. Every time I came into the shop they turned it around very quickly. 3T finally agreed to swap out the wheels, but with no confidence in any 3T wheel I really didn't want another set. I asked the owners if they would trade in the 3T wheels and let me buy a new set of Zipp's. Without hesitation they agreed, for a reasonable fee, and now I have my new wheels. Much better set of wheels. This is why you buy from your local bike shop!
