- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪First off & mostly I think that Dr. Naftulin is a wonderful Doctor. He has been treating me for 5 1/2 yrs. & has done a wonderful job. However, I do have a problem with how his staff follow up on notifying me regarding results & prescription notification. On several occasions I had to contact my pharmacy as to whether a prescription was ordered. The Doctor's nurse's voice mail states that messages is checked twice daily after a call is made. It has been my experience that this does not always occur & find myself having to contact the office to get information. I feel more care & diligence should be taken in completing the communication loop with patients.August 30, 2017by Henry Barbachano
