- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The 1 star is for the clean office. I should have listened to the negative reviews here and on Yelp about Dr. No's office. Not sure if I will be going back to Dr. No. Dr. No's Nurse Practitioner afraid to write any kind of prescription, even ones that are perfectly harmless when used properly. She talks a good game, but if you're afraid to write prescriptions, what good are you?? Just my bad luck going to Dr. No's office? We'll see.May 19, 2017by Doug DeKreek
